Gluten Free Diets–A Possible Cure for Your Ills

Found a Fascinating Blog about Gluten Free Living!

Yesterday, I was introduced to a great blog by three local women in the Washington, DC area. All three have overcome serious medical conditions by switching to a gluten free diet! One had crohns, the other celiac disease, and the third, chronic fatigue.

They continue to blog about their gluten-free life, and the many options they are finding to replace gluten in their diet. They even blog about local restaurants which have gluten free menu items. The blog has great links to other GF bloggers around the country. This is a good blog to follow if you would like to try a gluten free diet!

And, here is one for the glutie gals, try The Conscious Bean Cafe in Great Falls, it is an independently owned coffee shop which serves lots of gluten free goodies by a local baker. In one of the recipes, she uses garbanzo bean flour! They have great macaroons, (cookies made with egg whites) too.

Great information, and so inspiring- its amazing how many people have been healed from this. A great article I found on figuring out if you have a gluten allergy is here: http://www.lifescript.com/Body/Diet/Eat-well/Achieving_a_Gluten-free_Diet.aspx

  2. Thanks for stopping by our blog! And thanks for the link! I’m glad we could be of some help to one of our fellow gluties.
