		<description>Excellent, excellent article.  The $500 is the same barrier that the government uses to keep farmers from farming.  A complaint needs to filed against the FDA for creating such a barrier to public involvement and the Obama Administration needs to be told that &quot;transparency&quot; is meaningless if people are priced out of it.  Isn&#039;t that how Poll Taxes operated?  

Kimberly, perhaps you could send out a press release to various papers about this issue and the &quot;public&quot; meeting-too-expensive-to-attend around an issue that is unconstitutional on its face, and which matters dearly to a rapidly increasing number of people around the country.</description>
