In Annapolis last week, I met a woman named Pat, who had attended some of the hearing on Capitol Hill on the Food Safety legislation, and she said it was downright scary the way the politicians are falling all over themselves to vote for the new food safety laws.

Wild Frontier, Wears Valley, TN

Down below our mountain cabins is Wears Valley, an idyllic, old farming community which oozes country charm. The people in Tennessee are wonderful folk, they either were born and raised here, or moved here from elsewhere, because they simply love the area. Their enthusiasm is contagious, which may be why people have been coming here to ‘get away from it all’ for their whole life
