Here is some of the recent news coverage on the raw milk issue!

The first is an excellent op-ed by Canadian journalist, Angela Trimmer, Got Raw Milk. When I called to thank her for the positive op-ed, I spoke with her editor who used to work for Jamie Kennedy, serving raw cheeses in his restaurant. She is very supportive of the raw milk campaign, and Michael Schmidt.  Thank you, Women’s Post!

I accept your mission. For me, the first step was education. I can’t tell people about raw milk if I have no response to “But pasteurization keeps the milk from BAD GERMS THAT CAN KILL ME!”

Do your own extensive and well rounded research from both sides of the issue. You will be much more fully informed and understand the big picture. Look at sites for both sides and you will likely find that you have been duped for a very long time concerning what pasteurization does and does not do, and about what raw milk does and does not do.
I am personally convinced that raw milk is far safer and far healthier.

avatarI do read your blog on a daily basis; as a goat farmer and a proponent of raw milk, specifically raw goat milk, I certainly consider your blog required reading.
