Tomorrow, our blog carnival will focus on Exercise. Our first submission, which came in over the weekend, is how one company started their own weight loss competition, patterned after the hit show, The Biggest Loser.

Hi, I have been eating in the NT tradition for only 4-5 months and I have felt a significant difference in the way I feel. I have had more energy, much less hunger, less cravinbs and I have even noticed that I feel happier.( I didn’t think I felt unhappy before). I started on the diet just to eat more healthy and I don’t plan on stopping. My kitchen is full of homemade fermented veges, drinks, sour cream, butter, buttermilk etc. I love it!! I have also started swimming for exercise and have worked up to a mile 2-3 times per week. I feel great!
