I feel that it is a rare treat and not an everyday indulgence. Kelly--last night we went to a restaurant, which served margaritas made from real lime juice. It was nice to know not all establishments rely on pre-made mixes with HFCS and other nasty ingredients. Kimberly Yes, Vin, when I am back home, the margaritas will drop out of my diet. I feel that it is a rare treat and not an everyday indulgence.

I also have found some more natural martini mixers here in town (I'll have to look there for the margarita mixer). The only ingredients are 100% juices, cane sugar and filtered water - and they're soooo good. Like Vin said, though, it's a treat for once in a while. The nice thing about living a healthy lifestyle is that we can tolerate nasty things like HFCS once in a while. In fact, trying too hard to avoid unhealthy ingredients and toxic chemicals can sometimes be so stressful that it defeats the purpose which is why it's great to loosen up once in a while, especially on vacation. It's great that more options for organic cheat foods are becoming available. However, some people make the mistake of thinking that these foods and drinks can be a regular part of their diet.
