		<description>Spelt is a form of wheat. What I know about diabetes is that adding more fat to your diet can help. So if you soak the spelt in full fat yogurt, you are adding some healthy fat to the recipe. Pre-soaking also dispenses with a lot of the sugar in the flour.

So, if you eat wheat, you might want to try this.
