"Applications must be submitted in the following format" Microsoft Word, 12 pt font,arial font, 1 inch margins, does not exceed 5 pages.....if you operate from an apple, as this farmer does,then we have to access a Microsoft word to begin with,and how about the farmer with no Microsoft of Apple, as many of our local farmers have none? As the grant moves on it is NOT geared for farmers, but explicitly geared for PROFESSIONAL GRANT WRITERS, WHAT A MIFF.
