Through mergers and acquisitions, Dean Foods and Dairy Farmers of America have come to dominate the milk market and are squeezing the life out of America’s dairy farms. Spreading Sewage Sludge on U.S. Fields, Hidden Cause of Food Safety Problems

The House recently passed a new food safety bill giving the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) new power and more money. According to recently discovered documents, this will do nothing to protect our food. Since 1980 it has been the official national policy to dispose of sewage waste on grazing land, fruits and vegetables, parks school grounds and home lawns.

LAWSUIT: ILLINOIS INMATES CLAIM SOY DIET VIOLATES 8TH AMENDMENT RIGHTS

Illinois inmates have requested a permanent injunction to halt the use of soy protein as a meat substitute in the Illinois prison system, claiming the diet violates the constitutional guarantee against cruel and unusual punishment.

The case is captioned Harris et al. v. Brown et al. and is pending before the Honorable Judge Harold Baker of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois. The complaint names as defendants the State of Illinois, two administrative agencies, a private corporation that has a contract with the State to provide medical treatment to inmates, and 32 individuals who work for the State and the private corporation…

Written in 1965, before Big Pharma had such a stranglehold on the business of healing, this doctor details case after case of how nurturing food played a role in healing his patients.When my brother was very young, he was diagnosed by our pediatrician, Dr. Knop, as celiac. WAPF President Challenges Misleading Fats Research on Rats

“High Fat Diet May Make You Stupid and Lazy,” screamed the headline. “A new study on rats finds that 10 days of eating a high-fat diet caused short-term memory loss and made exercise difficult,” said the copy. There’s just one problem with the press release: the rats in the experiment were not fed fat, they were fed an oil.
