		<description>I think I&#039;m figuring out why my grass fed roasts were so dry!  Hello, I don&#039;t think putting them in a crockpot for 12 hours was the best thing to do LOL.

Actually, I cooked a round steak a few weeks ago.  Typically, I would brown them and then put them in the crockpot all day.  This time I browned them at a high temp, added water for a gravy, and cooked it over med-high for about an hour.  This roundsteak was so tender, it was as if it had cooked all day long.
