We made them last night, using the recipe I sent US Wellness. They were better than good. They were fork tender, but not mushy. They had the dense meaty texture that only properly cooked short ribs can achieve, and a deep beefy flavor that made every bite a pleasure to be savored.

These short ribs are a culinary treasure, when properly cooked. I hope people will order them from US Wellness and cook them right. They’ll be in for a treat!
