This ice cream looks amazing!!! Can’t wait to try it! I will be buying tangarines from the grocery store though. That would be a long and expensive trip from California to Ontario! Actually, they probably wouldn’t even ship to Canada. However, if I lived in the US, I would definitely support their farm!

Just wanted to let you all know I just found another use for these lovely mandarins. I am adding them to my homemade cranberry sauce. A blog post on this later!

This a Tangerine AND it’s a Mandarin orange, they are the same plant, BUT if it in grown in the US it is a Tangerine, if outside the US it is a Mandarin.

The ice cream sounds FANTASTIC! I’ll for sure save it for when our tangerines are ripe and ready. Yeah, I don’t think we have mandarins around here, but tangerines come close enough )
