		<description>Great article, Peggy! I like that you point out the little ways that manufacturers turn good chocolate into bad (fake) food. I think it would be great if people would just let themselves adjust to the slight bitterness found in real chocolate; I&#039;ve tried raw cocoa nibs before and they&#039;re pretty useful. NOT like chocolate of course!  But it just tells me that I could get used to bitter chocolate with little difficulty.
