New Opinion Editorial Gives 25 Reasons Why Low Fat Diet is Bunk

Yesterday, I facebooked this article by Alan Watson, author of Cereal Killer, 25 Reasons the 2010 Dietary Guidelines are wrong about cholesterol, saturated fat, and carbohydrates. I highly recommend you read this, as it is a very good summary of why America is struggling with rising rates of heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Contrary to what you hear through the media, Americans are not sick because they are failing to follow government dictates, but because they do.

  1. In a nutshell, FDA says fats are bad; avoid fat, eat low fat. WAPF says low-quality fats are bad, eat higher quality fat.
