Scientific Experts will Slice into Confusion on Fats and the Human Diet

Prominent scientists will delve into the research, facts and controversies on saturated fats and the US dietary guidelines at an International Saturated Fat Symposium at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan to be held on October 14, 2010.

The event is free and open to the public, but attendees must register.

The Weston A. Price Foundation, a nutrition education non-profit which teaches that animal fats and tropical oils are vital to human health, is a sponsor of the symposium and will have an exhibit booth at the event.
