Welcome back to the beginning of another action packed week!

Weekend Gourmet Carnival is where we share our exciting new recipes and culinary finds with the blogosphere. I have some personal business to attend to today, so I am sharing my post from last Friday, about LaCense Beef Ranch. Over the weekend, we tried both their steaks and burgers and really enjoyed them! Friday nite, we marinated the NY strip steaks in olive oil, salt and pepper and cooked them on our grill. They were just the right thickness and very tender. I love the fact that the meat still had the fat edge on it, which adds nutrients and flavor. On Saturday, we attended our brother in-laws 50th birthday Luau, and it was so convenient to take our own, individually wrapped, grassfed burgers along to throw on the grill! Check my resources page for a link to their site.
