Hey all you real foodies out there! Welcome back to another Monday. Let’s stir up this lazy economy with some home economics. Real food, bought locally, and lovingly prepared in our home kitchens, will reward our farmers, and give our families energy to take on the day, and make great things happen.

We can’t sit and moan about the economy, we have to get cooking!
