The Fourfold Path to Healing Conference is named after one of the first books I purchased when I first discovered the Weston A. Price Foundation. The Fourfold Path to Healing is a real gem, and important to read as you embark on a wellness journey to improve your life. Two of the authors, Dr. Tom Cowan and Sally Fallon Morell, are founders of the Weston A. Price Foundation, a leading nutrition education non-profit. Each year, they hold a seminar with their co-author, Jaimen McMillan, called the Fourfold Path to Healing Conference (named after the book, of course).
This year, the Fourfold Path healing conference comes to Baltimore, Maryland, and I am very pleased to finally be able to go to this amazing healing conference.
Prior to the healing conference, Monica Corrado, whom I took my first Nourishing Traditions cooking classes from, will be teaching a day long course on traditional cooking techniques(I hear it is on making stock and meat pates!) Monica is such a friendly, fun teacher, it is a good chance you will learn loads from her class, I certainly did.
The healing conference begins Friday, February 3, 2012 in the evening (Monica’s optional class starts early that day) and goes through Sunday at 5:30pm. You’ll learn about nutrition, alternative health strategies, body movement exercises to free your emotions, and so much more.
