State of Wyoming Undermines their Local Farmers, Tax Base with Proposed Rule Change
By now you have probably heard about the words, “solely owned” being inserted in Wyoming regulations which threatened to close down cowshare programs around the state. In a radio interview, an articulate State Representative explains that the actions of the Wyoming Dept. of Agriculture go way beyond threatening dairy, to endangering all local foods.
