The annual Wise Traditions International conference always offers a fun time! This year, promises to be no exception. The traditional diets research of Dr. Weston A. Price will be presented by founder of the Wise Traditions conferences, health researcher, Sally Fallon Morell. The six hour lecture will be offered the first day, Friday, November 8, and serve to anchor the conference in the dramatic scientific discoveries of this nutrition pioneer.

This year’s Wise Traditions International will be held at the Sheraton Downtown Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia on November 8-11, with pre-conference events sponsored by Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund on November 7.

The theme for this year’s conference, “Holistic Therapies for Chronic Disease” offers amazing seminars for anyone dealing a chronic illness or who has a loved dealing with it. The energy and atmosphere of the conference each year is inspiring. Healers, nutritionists, therapists from every modality and walk of life attend the conference with many coming as vendors to offer their classes, services, merchandise or books to the entire conference audience.

Louise Williams, author of Radical Medicine, and MIT Senior Scientist, Stephanie Seneff, PhD are two of the noteworthy lecturers who will be speaking at the event.

CEU credits are available for certain health practitioners, and the conference is typically very well attended by holistically oriented physicians, alternative health and nutrition professionals.

A Science of Farming track will attract many agriculture and food entrepreneurs who are interested in the rising consumer interest in organic and reduced chemical farming.

Chris Masterjohn is a PhD nutritionist now doing research on fat soluble vitamins, which Dr. Weston A. Price found to be essential to human growth and development. He will discuss the role of cholesterol in the prevention of heart disease during this year’s conference.

Louisa-WilliamsLouisa Williams, author of Radical Medicine will present on Cutting Edge Therapies that get to the Root of Chronic Disease.

Beginning November 8, attendees can expect days packed with priceless information, pivotal connections with others in their field and the best food you’ll ever experience at a conference. The hotels for the Wise Traditions conferences are chosen based whether they will accommodate the food we bring in to feed our hundreds of guests. And the food is certainly one of the highlights everyone talks about in anticipation and for months afterwards! The conference features 5 meals for attendees registered for the full 4-day conference. With the conference so reasonably priced and the food so amazingly divine, one is most certainly getting a bargain even if it was just the meals!

The food is, or course, provided by small, local farms and features nutrient dense delectable dishes that alone inspire and teach attendees about the principles of traditional diets. But, in addition to the food, registrants choose from multiple tracks based on personal interest or professional continuing education units needed.

Konstantin-MonastyrskyThe author of Fiber Menace, Konstantin Monastyrsky will lecture on his contrarian views on fiber in the diet.

For those in the Atlanta area, this is really a no-brainer: register for all 4 days or for each day, share amazing meals with fellow enthusiasts, connect with vendors and healers from around the world and learn all you can in 4 days! If you have to travel for it, it’s still the best opportunity you could hope for, until the next conference, to get great exposure, superb information and phenomenal meals.

Join us.

We’ll see you in Atlanta  November 7-11, 2013!
