Welcome to another festive and fantastic whole foods blog carnival! How was your weekend?

Please share your recipes, culinary finds, new tips and techniques with our readers. All we ask is that you use farm fresh, natural ingredients, and stay away from the processed foods. It can be simple or complicated, but our anything gourmet carnival hopes to encourage more real cooking in the home kitchen.

And, naturally, real ingredients going into the tummy!

Here is Mr. Linky! All you non-bloggers can share links and recipes in the comments, below.

    HI Kimberly,
I shared my Almond Date Energy Bars with a video and some articles I hope you enjoy — also a post about the upcoming Wide Traditions Conference.

Thanks for hosting! This is my first time posting here. I shared a Baked Kale Chips recipe. These are so easy to make, great for a snack or a side dish for dinner.

I shared a new salad I made up for lunch today! I also liked the post about adding fat back into raw skim milk. I didn’t realize that coconut milk would help alzheimers and dementia.

Hi, it is actually the coconut fat that helps feed your brain, and of course the coconut cream would be where the fat is found!

Thanks for hosting! We had a dinner party this weekend and I snapped pictures of the grilled Italian sausage sandwiches and the peppers and onions as they cooked on the grill. We also had William for dinner again. He is an elderly, developmentally disabled man we help out occassionally and whom we are trying to teach to eat more than breakfast cereal and soda.

    Hi Kimberly!
I shared a link to my post with loads of ideas for ways to eat the more frugal pastured meat: ground beef.  :)
