Question from a Blog Reader
Hi Kim,
My mom is currently going through menopause and she has told me the symptoms are horrible. She said unless I can find a natural cure for these symptoms, she will go on the drugs. Being a chiropractic student, I DO NOT want her going on the hormones. Can you either tell me or forward me a website with natural remedies for menopause? Thank you for your time always.

My mother used bio-identical hormones and also yam cream to help her through menopause. You just have to find a practitioner in your area who can prescribe the natural alternatives, and that can be tricky!
