    Kimberly….you rock!!

Yesterday I spent the day in Campbell CA with Tom Johnson ( a professional chef and instructor at CPI Culinary Professional Institute ). I spoke with 125 students and their instructor all about raw milk, nutrition, raw milk cheeses and childrens immune system development. What a great day!! I saw more than a few students heads explode. They could not understand why big dairy would create such huge lies to cover the deficiencies of pastuerization.

All about the money and the desparation of loosing market control.

Keep on preaching and teaching about the good food.

I just linked to you from my post yesterday about raw milk — the local federales are “cracking down” on our local suppliers. I guess they have nothing better to do! Thanks for this list of sites.
