On December 1, 2008, a quiet farmstead was raided by armed men, the women and children held hostage for 6 hours in their living room while their home was ransacked. Communist country? No, this was America. The Ohio Department of Agriculture was on a fishing expedition, using gestapo tactics. They were trying to catch this organic co-op in a crime. Fortunately, these farmers know the law, too. They now have two powerful legal teams coming together to take the state agriculture officials to court for their over-the-top militant actions.
