About sacred foods. Please consider blogging about Essential Eating. They are the only certified sprouted flour mill that has been rated Superior by the American Institute of Baking. Their mill is producing the most amazing sprouted whole grain flours that I love and they have done the research to assure that their grains are in fact sprouted…and cleaned, rinsed, gently dried and sifted to remove foreign matter found in grain. Not all sprouted flour is created equal! Hope you will give these guys a shout out!
