Perhaps I am cheating, but I find that anything with a recipe is too slow for me these days. So, my submission to the Real Food Wednesdays’ blog Carnival is my dinner tonight! Grass Fed Steak, marinated in balsamic vinegar, garlic powder and cracked peppercorns. Served with some green beans sauted in lard or olive oil and a couple of mini muffins taken out of the freezer and toasted in the toaster.

For Recipe for the muffins see related post (I am still hoping someone will enter my photo contest):
Awesome Muffins
When I went to cook the steak, I decided to cut a yellow tomato in half and throw it on the broiler pan, which added a lot of color to the finished dinner plate, once again, no recipe and FAST!
