The top political newspaper in the country, the one that influences world leaders, corporate leaders and government leaders has just published a great article on the growing influence of the Weston A. I am thrilled to see the nutritional benefits of traditional foods highlighting the photograph in the article. Hopefully this will bring a lot of others to the awareness that the foods our forbears enjoyed are good for us!
