
Chop Cucumber and Parsley for Sauce
Here is the recipe for Lamb Kabobs with Fresh Mint Marinade. The following recipe is for a refreshing side sauce to accompany the kabobs. I halved the below for just Keith and I.
Yogurt Cucumber Sauce, Serves 4
1 cup homemade or plain yogurt
1 cucumber
10 parsley sprigs
Put yogurt into a small serving bowl. Peel cucumber, slice and then dice into small pieces. Chop parsley. Add both of these ingredients to yogurt in the serving bowl. Let individuals help themselves with a serving spoon.
