Sylvia Onusic is a nutrition expert with a Ph.D. in Health Education and Wellness. An avid member of the Weston A. Price Foundation, she is one of our most valued contributors to Her story, Milk-o-Matic was our # 9 most visited story in 2009, and got her an invitation to speak at the International Raw Milk Symposium. She recently spoke at Wise Traditions 2010 on the Traditional Foodways of the country of Slovenia.
